General Terms

123bd is an online gaming platform operated for entertainment purposes. The following general terms apply to all users and remain in effect for all platform services.

• These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
• 123bd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. 123bd is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

• Keep your username and password confidential — never share them with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 123bd support immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Avoid logging in from public Wi-Fi or another person's device.

Bonuses & Promotions

123bd offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Please read the following terms carefully before accepting these offers.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit is provided, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• For deposits of ৳18,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
• This bonus applies only once per account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed — not 20 times the deposit amount.
• Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• No funds from the bonus balance may be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering — full details are available on the promotions page.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, 123bd reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and suspend the account.
• 123bd reserves the right to change promotional terms.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 123bd platform. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Fraud & Deception: Creating an account using a false identity, false information, or forged documents.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account in the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Using the bonus system with the intent to exploit it unfairly.
• Collusion: Coordinating multiple accounts in live games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Software Manipulation: Attempting to influence game outcomes using bots, scripts, or other software.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to legitimize funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing false chargeback claims against genuine transactions.
• Underage Use: Allowing persons under 21 years of age to use an account or enabling their access.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by 123bd

123bd may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.
• If money laundering is suspected or upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.
• If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period of time.

11.2 Closure by the User

• Any user may close their account by contacting support.
• An opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed (wagering conditions apply).
• If an account is voluntarily closed, it may not be reopened before a specified period of time.
